The period of our product warranty for Domestic Use Customers is 4 years (48 months) from the date of sale.

The period of our product warranty for Commercial Use Customers is 1 year (12 months) from the date of sale.

There is NO minimum sale price requirement.

The only restriction we place on our 4-year Domestic Use Warranty is that your generator cannot be used to supply prime power (your sole means of power at one location for an extended period of time). In cases where you are using your generator for prime power, you are covered by the terms of our Commercial Use Warranty. Terms are fully detailed in the warranty certificate which you will receive with your new generator.

It is important to note that Warranty does not apply to 'service items'. In general terms, it applies only to defects in any manufactured part, and the labour required to repair or replace that part.

Warranty does not cover fair wear & tear, consumable items,
or damage caused from overload or misuse.

Once registered, Engine Warranty Service is available from ANY Honda Dealer in Australia!

For all other Warranty Service claims, simply return your generator to us!
Return freight and insurance must be pre-paid in all cases.*

* The return freight and insurance thing is really the only sting in the tail of this warranty - but it's there to protect us all from having to deal with frivolous claims. If you ever feel you are entitled to make a warranty claim, just contact us (we'll send you the details when you purchase) and we'll do our absolute best to make the process as painless as possible for you. As for any other fine print you may be expecting - you're reading it now! This warranty is the REAL deal.
