Because ALL products shipped by AusEquipment are covered by Transit Insurance, if there are any problems with the condition of your generator when it arrives, we will ensure the problem is taken care of at no cost to you!

THE "SMALL PRINT" : Because these things are heavy, Occupational Health and Safety LAWS prohibit TNT from delivering to a residential address. In cases where you are able to provide a business address and have facilities available to help unload your generator (such as a Forklift or Pallet-Jack), we can arrange for delivery to that business address. In all other cases, you must pick your new generator up from your nearest TNT depot. Please keep the dimensions and weight of this product in mind when making plans for getting your new generator home.

THE SMALLER PRINT : In any instance where you misrepresent a residential address as a business address, or if you provide a business address but there is no-one available to receive your new generator, the driver WILL return to the depot with your product and you WILL be charged a "Futile Delivery" fee for the privelege of travelling to the depot to pick it up. You will NOT be able to take delivery of your new generator until the "Futile Delivery" fee has been paid.
